Certificate of Lay Delegate Online... for the Secretary of the church to certify the church's lay delegates.

Registation online closed on August 30th.  However, delegates may register at the door on September 13th, beginning at 1:00 p.m.  The fee is $30, and should be paid by cash or a check made out to Southeastern District.
