As the time for online registration has passed, if you still want to attend Conference, whether as an accredited delegate, an accredited lay delegate, or a corresponding delegate, you will need to register at the door on September 19th.  Registration opens at 1:00 p.m., and closes at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 20th.  The registration fee at the door is $30, payable by check or cash.

Attendance Is Required

Attendance is required of all active official workers. If you are unable to attend contact the District Secretary, Tom Hicks, at www.tfaforms.com/211620. 

Lay Delegates Are Welcome

Churches are encouraged to send the full number of lay delegates allowed.  All accredited churches are eligible to send two accredited lay delegates.  If church voting membership is 150 or more, another lay delegate may be sent for each additional 100 members or fraction thereof. 

The church board secretary should complete a certificate available at www.tfaforms.com/168445 for each lay delegate and submit to the District Office.

Lay delegates must also register at the door as described above.
