Our vision is to be a movement of churches multiplying disciples, leaders, ministries and congregations in the rapidly growing state of Florida and in the Bahamas. We will, by the grace of God, plant 22 new churches in the next three years (2006-2008); 15 being through churches planting churches.
Our mission in church planting is to enlist, evaluate, equip and empower those leaders God is calling to plant churches and empower congregations to reach the lost in their communities; fulfilling the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20) in the power of the Holy Spirit with the attitude of the Great Commandment (Matthew 22:37).

EQUIP

We praise the Lord for the call, the challenge and the opportunity to join Him at reaching many in the State of Florida as He establishes His Kingdom. This is a great vast and deep work we are called to and we need all the preparation and training we can get. Therefore, once the candidate is ready to go we train him, his wife and eventually his leadership team in the Church Planting Bootcamp. Each planter is assigned a coach that will work alongside of him and his team for a two year term. We have adopted the following stages for a new church plant in its development:

Planning Prenatal Presenting Parenting

EMPOWER

We look to work alongside of our planters, yet avoid micro managing them. We provide accountability and work toward allowing the planter use his gifts and work out what he believes God is calling him to do. We guide and equip planters in methods that will help them work out what they believe God is calling them to do in order to be relevant to their communities without compromising biblical integrity. We gauge the church's development and allow God to grow it; yet, we have a suggested timeline (refer to page on web) that gives guidance to the planter for the development of the church, from a church plant as a developing church, to an organized church as an accredited church.

Each church planter is given a workbook that will help him in this development. The book includes up-to-date guides on incorporation with the state, articles of incorporation, constitution of churches on development, EIN application and other pertinent material. The District Staff and Office serve to give direction, encouragement, accountability for each church and pastor in our district.
